Jeremy Kastner has been our family’s physical therapist for several years. He has treated a multitude of climbing, skiing, and running-related injuries, everything from elbow, fingers, back, hips, feet, ankle, and ACL injuries (pre- and post-surgery). Our son is an elite youth rock climber and Jeremy has helped him work through a number of serious injuries, getting him back on the wall and competing quickly and safely. As a family, we play hard in the mountains, and sometimes we get hurt, but Jeremy is the first person we call. He’s super knowledgeable, flexible, and easy to work with, and we highly recommend him.

Love coming here! I’m a full time athlete, which causes a lot of stress on my body, and injuries with any athlete. Jeremy is really intentional and truly only wants the best for his clients! He’s very knowledgeable and always has answers for me in terms of fixing injuries, new or old! 12/10 recommend his services.

In 2014 I was on the cusp of rotator cuff surgery, when Jeremy approached me in SCC and said he thought he could help me. I canceled my MRI and give him a chance. I never had the surgery. My left shoulder where the surgery was to take place is pretty much a nonissue any more. I have been seeing Jeremy regularly ever since, and he has kept this 76-year-old body percolating along. I still climb, back country ski, mountain bike and hike. If he can do that for me, think of what he can do for you!

Jeremy is an excellent Physical Therapist, who makes his patients feel comfortable and relaxed. He really listens to issues that you have, and works to get them resolved and get you running at your peak performance. I’m a regular patient of his, and I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in injuries that I have had Jeremy treat.

I have been seeing Jeremy as a patient for a few years now, and he has done a great job working with the various injuries I have had over this time. He is super professional and really easy to talk to. I really appreciate that I can spend more time enjoying the sports I love and less time sidelined by injury.

I can’t express how happy I am to have found Jeremy. Yes he’s only my PT, and after just a few visits I’m finally seeing real positive progress on some long term injuries. It’s incredible actually. I’ve seen numerous other physical therapists (and doctors) all of which were useless or made me worse. I actually have hope now! Jeremy really understands how the body works from a holistic perspective, I learn something new every time I see him. He knows his stuff, he always gives me realistic expectations, he listens fully, thinks critically, he problem solves, he explains clearly, and he truly understands athletes. This is not your typical standard recipe, one size fits all physical therapist. My only regret is not finding him sooner. Jeremy really is the very best, and he sincerely cares about helping his patient.
