About Me

Hi, I’m Jeremy Kastner and I am deeply passionate about athletics and sports medicine. My athletic journey began at age 5 with soccer, and expanded in high school to include wrestling, track and field, and kicking for my football team. During my undergrad years, I played collegiate soccer, became serious about running, and started down the sports medicine road working with athletes in the athletic training room. In grad school, I started racing in everything from 5ks to marathons, while continuing to treat collegiate athletes in the athletic training room. Since moving to Colorado Springs in 2013, I’ve developed a love for climbing, whitewater kayaking, skiing/snowboarding, and trail running. Through these diverse experiences, I’ve developed an appreciation for pushing physical limits and enjoy helping my patients do the same.

Having experienced the physical and mental challenges of injury and pushing my body, and gone through my own rehabilitation both with athletic training and physical therapy, I bring a first-hand perspective and empathy to my work. This experience, along with seeing what’s worked best for me and other athletes, has shaped my approach to physical therapy, which is hands-on and highly individualized.

Since 2010, I’ve worked as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist with a true passion in sports medicine. In 2017, I founded my own clinic to focus on treating the athletes of Colorado. Running my own clinic has allowed me to ensure every patient gets the time and attention they deserve.
